Somatisches Funktionstraining is a gentle bodyweight workout without performance pressure that builds strength, mobility and body awareness. It is run by Vicky Dalla Hart at GZ Loogarten. After a calm warm-up, simple movement sequences are repeated several times, with each person regulating intensity and pace themselves. The course is open to all adults and seniors, for beginners as well as people with movement experience.
