A two-hour working session for founders in robotics and deep tech on sharpening their customer focus and commercial strategy. It comes from The Founder's Guide, a curated event series for robotics and autonomous systems entrepreneurs run by Vanessa Warncke, Jennifer Werthwein and Christian Woese, hosted together with the ETH AI Center. In a small room, participants learn how to define and evaluate an Ideal Customer Profile, validate their assumptions with customer, sales, market and intent data, use AI to track buying signals and turn it all into a focused go-to-market plan. It is aimed at technical founders, CEOs and early commercial leaders with more markets and use cases than their team can pursue.
