A tour that journeys from Earth into space and back again. It is part of the ETH-LIFE mission, searching for life beyond our solar system. On the Moon, visitors watch the LunarLeaper take its first steps, use a haptic device by EPFL spin-off Force Dimension to feel how astronauts remotely control robots from a space station, and perhaps navigate the Mars rover designed and built by the student-led team CRATER. On the way back, Earth is seen from a fresh perspective – in the luggage: ArboSat, a densified wood that could make satellite construction more sustainable.
