'Torten-Grundkurs – Süsse Grundlagen' is a one-day hands-on course where you learn to bake cakes – from basic sponges and fillings to layering, covering and decorating. It is led by Chef Patissière Doris Haas, whose years of professional experience guide you step by step to your own creations. The course is open to all baking enthusiasts with no prior knowledge needed, and you take a few 'Tortenstückli' home with you at the end.
