The «Wagyu Experience» is a multi-course culinary evening centred on Wagyu beef. The team at ButchersTable at Hegibachplatz serves exclusive Wagyu fillets from Japan and Australia, carefully selected from the best breeders. The menu ranges from an aperitif platter with Swiss Wagyu bresaola and homemade Wagyu sausage to fillets in different marbling grades, followed by dessert and homemade side dishes. Participants also receive a one-time 20% discount on Wagyu beef to take home at the butcher's counter on this evening.
