Yin Yoga im Rhythmus der Jahreszeit is a calm yoga session in the Quartiersaal at the Zentrum Witikon, where the practice is aligned with the qualities of the current season. It is led by Gabriela Baumgartner, a teacher of Chi yoga, Qi Gong and Tibetan Lu Jong yoga, a meditation leader and the author of «Meditieren. Ruhe finden. Kraft tanken». Through gentle, passive poses, mindful breathing and ample time to tune in, the nervous system and body can come to rest; no prior experience is needed and nothing has to be achieved. If possible, bring a mat and a cloth.
