«Yoga für Schwangere» is a gentle, holistic form of body training that prepares for birth and encourages readiness for an active delivery. It is run by Geneviève Stucker, a yoga teacher and Polarity body therapist. Specific breathing techniques are practised regularly, alongside stretching, mobilising, strengthening and coordination exercises that involve the whole body and stimulate the cardiovascular system. The body relaxes and the mind comes to rest as participants tune in to their bodies and their babies and enjoy this special time to the full.
