10 km hike through Tegeler Forst to the Dicke Marie tree.

A roughly ten-kilometre hike through the Tegeler Forst forest in Berlin-Tegel. The route leads to Tegel harbour, across a narrow bridge to the 'Dicke Marie', a tree about 600 years old, on to the Strandbad Tegel lido and back past the Hannah Höch monument. It is organised by RuT – Rad und Tat Berlin and led by Susanna. Participants should bring a picnic, sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing; there are stops for refreshments on the final stretch.
