8MM Live: Sunset Images (MX)

Sunset Images, a band from Mexico City, play a live concert at the 8MM club followed by a DJ aftershow. The project is driven by Samuel Osorio, whose music blends krautrock, shoegaze and punk influences into a layered soundscape. Known for intense live performances, the band has toured several continents and released EPs and an LP confronting violence, racism and misogyny as well as loneliness, anger and desperation. Their new album "Oscilador" is out on Dedstrange, the label founded by Oliver Ackermann, the mind behind A Place To Bury Strangers and Death by Audio.
