About
This is an interactive fairytale play for children and families at the Galli Theater Berlin. The experienced actress Marion Martinez tells the tale of Cinderella, who is laughed at, mocked and forced into excessive work when her stepmother and her two daughters move into the house, slipping into the various fairytale characters and roles as she does so. The audience may take an active part, calling out their thoughts and ideas to the actress on stage, who spontaneously weaves these impulses into the story. In the tale, Cinderella manages to win the prince's heart at his grand ball in disguise and unrecognized, but the two still face many obstacles before they find each other.
