Ausgebucht! Ausbildung - Wertermittler*in für Baulichkeiten is a training course spread over nine sessions of two to three hours each, aimed at qualifying people to assess the value of buildings. It is run by the Landesverband Berlin der Gartenfreunde e. V. with Holger Fritz as instructor, teaching the association's valuation guideline for buildings in both theory and practice. The course is open only to members of institutions that manage allotment gardens and commission the training, and it takes a maximum of 18 participants.
