This exhibition presents objects that were left behind in the course of everyday library life. The Stadtbibliothek Reinickendorf is behind the show, with its staff collecting lost-and-found items from the Humboldt-Bibliothek over many months and arranging them into creative displays. On view are forgotten bookmarks, handmade crafts, birthday greetings, postcards, ice scrapers, coasters, radish seeds and party supplies, all of which were left in media or in the library itself. Visitors can pick up a forgotten bookmark to give it a new home and check whether they once left something behind themselves.
