About
Berlin Science Week 2026 turns the Haus der Kulturen der Welt into a festival centre for science and society for three days, under this year's theme "In Touch". The festival is run by the organisation Berlin Science Week; on its first day the festival centre offers more than 100 events under one roof, including live talks, workshops, exhibitor stands and performances. The programme features, among others, an opening with Harald Lesch, a conversation with Nobel laureate Brian Schmidt about dark matter, a stand to test your athletic performance, and an evening performance on sound art and quantum science. Admission is free – you only need to secure the free 3-day pass in advance.
