A family workshop in which participants design their own vest together. The Staatliche Museen zu Berlin invite people to Haus Bastian – Zentrum für kulturelle Bildung for it. On a mesh fabric, individual designs emerge with colourful threads, beads and child-friendly needles, inspired by the patterns of the Museum für Islamische Kunst collection or by your own imagination. While knotting and embroidering, you learn simple textile techniques and take home a unique work of art.
