About
A concert of reggae, ska and rocksteady at the bar Alter Schwede in Berlin-Wedding. Behind it is Buster Beat, an eight-piece ska band from Berlin founded in early 2025. The band fuses the raw energy of punk with the groove of reggae, ska and rocksteady into their own dark Berlin sound, meant to be dirty and danceable. All songs are self-written, the set lasts about an hour, and their debut EP "Shoo the Cat" is already out on Bandcamp.
