About

A hands-on workshop in which participants experiment with 3D printing edible material. Behind it is Luis Enrique Mendivil Castañeda, a student at the Weissensee art academy who critically examines the food system. After a short introduction to the basics of 3D printing, you make a printing paste from cornmeal, develop your own shapes and designs, and print them. The printed results can be eaten together with matching dips at the end of the workshop.
