About
Club Oval is a crossover dance battle where dancers of different styles compete against each other on an oval dance floor. Hip Hop meets Flamenco, Breaking meets Contemporary: the performers improvise in their own styles to ever-changing kinds of music, sparking wild inspiration and movement ideas. The evening is organized by Junges Tanzhaus Berlin; prizes go to the best team, solo and duet, chosen by a jury together with the audience. During the breaks, everyone is invited to dance along and join the party.
