DANCE MUSIC listening series
Heizhaus - Uferstudios, Uferstraße 23 13357 Berlin
About
"DANCE MUSIC listening series" is a listening event series at Heizhaus - Uferstudios in Berlin. It concerns music composed for dance that often remains tied to the stage and is never heard outside that context after the performance. Music makers are invited to reinterpret these works and present them as independent listening experiences. Each evening, two artists present newly revised versions of their compositions, accompanied by conversations about composition, collaboration and the path from dance production to focused listening.
