Der himmlische Zirkus (3-11 Jahre)

"Der himmlische Zirkus" is a children's theatre piece for ages 3 to 11 that blends theatre and acrobatics and runs about 50 minutes. It comes from the children's and family theatre Coq Au Vin, with performers Thomas Endel and Sarah Lindermayer; it took 2nd place at the 20th Amberg Children's Theatre Festival in 2025. It tells of two angels who crash-land on Earth and try to win back grace "up above" by charming people with graceful acrobatics, funny ideas and plenty of charm, until envy and rivalry spark a comic story with the lesson that only by helping each other can you get to the top. According to the organiser, the piece has no religious references and is a hit with primary schools and day-care centres.
