Der Rücktritt vom versuchten Tötungsdelikt im Spannungsfeld zwischen kriminalpolizeilicher Sofortbearbeitung & Mordkommissionen

A workshop discussion by FÖPS Berlin at the Berlin School of Economics and Law on the withdrawal from attempted homicide that exempts from punishment. Prof. Matthias Frey (criminalistics, HWR) and EKHK Christoph Herrmann, head of Berlin's 8th homicide squad, present their interdisciplinary research project. It combines legal, criminalistic and criminological perspectives, asking how differing approaches to homicide cases between local police units and homicide squads can be explained. Attend on site at Campus Lichtenberg or online without registration via Big Blue Button.
