FLOW - vocal sound bath meditation + fun jam session

FLOW – vocal sound bath meditation + fun jam session is a meditative sound session where everyone, eyes closed, creates improvised vocal music together. It is led by Scott Bolden, co-founder of Das Baumhaus Berlin, who shares methods developed over twelve years of facilitating the Improvisational Groove Orchestra jam sessions. Within twenty minutes participants learn to create resonance in a shared sound space and experience real moments of flow. No musical or meditation experience is required and anyone is welcome, as long as they arrive on time for the intro and warm-up.
