Geburtsvorbereitung ab dem 2. Kind is a childbirth preparation course for parents expecting their second child, held at the Kiezoase. It is led by midwife Saskia Böhm. The course recalls the natural forces of birth and how to strengthen them positively through breathing and movement. In sharing about the challenges and planning the first period after the birth, it also covers preparing and involving the older siblings.
