Gemeinsames Gärtnern am Fanny-Hensel-Weg is a weekly gardening meetup in Kreuzberg where the neighbourhood is beautified with flowers, shrubs, vegetables, fruit and trees. The event is run by the BUND project "ANAAB - Anhaltend Nachhaltig am Anhalter Bahnhof", which looks after the dry perennial bed and the edible garden. A core team of about 15 people aged between 6 and 70 shapes the project. No prior knowledge is needed – just bring a love of nature and community spirit, and anyone wanting to join can simply drop by.
