Opening: the Schwenger collection meets contemporary art.

Wolf & Galentz hosts the opening of the exhibition „Gesammelt und wertgeschätzt – Werke aus der Sammlung Schwenger in Gegenüberstellungen“. On view is a selection from Hannes Schwenger's art collection, made up of pictures created between 1924 and 2000. These works are juxtaposed with pieces by contemporary artists, including among others Gerhard Andrees, Erich Buchholz, Robert Rehfeldt and Mathilde Schulz. A cabinet additionally shows works by Hans-Joachim Billib, Gisela Breitling, Ruth Wolf-Rehfeldt and others; the exhibition runs until 17 January 2027.
