Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a yoga class taking place in the Bewegungsraum at Familienzentrum Weißensee. It is led by Evelyn Hinze, whose classes focus on alignment, body awareness and inner balance. She integrates elements such as pranayama (breath work), meditation and mantras, aiming to share the feeling of connection and clarity that yoga gives her. As places are limited, registration in advance is recommended.
