Jakuzi: Istanbul darkwave, live.

JAKUZI is a concert in Berlin. The Istanbul band Jakuzi plays darkwave music built on synth-driven melodies and introspective themes, founded by Kutay Soyocak (vocals) and Taner Yücel (bass, synths). Their sound fuses synthpop, post-punk and new wave; their debut album Fantezi Müzik and follow-up Hata Payı brought them international attention. Support comes from Alice Gift, the Berlin-based project of German-French artist Nicolas I., moving between shoegaze, indie rock and dreamy noise pop.
