Jedermannsfunk: build a radio network that works offline.

In this free workshop participants build small radio stations, called repeaters, together to form an independent radio network for Berlin. The question is how messages can be sent when the internet or mobile network is unavailable. The underlying technology is called MeshCore; no prior knowledge is needed, the basics are explained clearly and the devices are assembled step by step. It is organised by Ideenwerft Friedenau, an open neighbourhood initiative that invites people to join in and get to know each other.
