Konstantin Kohl

FAIRSTAGE Treffpunkt is a get-together for staff of Berlin theatres to exchange on workplace co-determination, this time with Konstantin Kohl. After a round of introductions and a short input from ver.di, participants discuss in smaller groups how representative structures are built and how effective they are, followed by open exchange. Behind FAIRSTAGE is a model project by Diversity Arts Culture, ensemble-netzwerk and LAFT Berlin that works for discrimination-free and good working conditions at Berlin theatres. Everyone is welcome who holds such a position, lacks one at their workplace or is simply interested in employees' perspectives.
