Lights On 2026: festive start of the Christmas season.

"Lights On 2026" is a festive evening on which the Christmas lights are ceremonially switched on and the square shines in festive splendor. The event is hosted by Potsdamer Platz, which celebrates the start of the Christmas season together with its guests. There is a reception with wintry drinks, snacks and music on The Barn's terrace as well as an app-exclusive get-together, while the switching-on moment itself is open to the public. The celebration takes place outdoors in any weather, so warm, weatherproof clothing is recommended.
