A professional conference of the Deutscher Verein für öffentliche und private Fürsorge on improving the recovery of advances under the maintenance advance law. Representatives of municipal practice exchange views there with representatives of the federal government, the states, professional associations and academia. Starting from developments, strategies and practical examples, framework conditions, success factors and measures for successful recovery are discussed. The conference was prompted among other things by the coalition agreement and the commission on welfare state reform.
