Mapping the Right: Folge 1

Mapping the Right: Folge 1 is a discussion event at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. It looks at the so-called "Kulturkampf" and at how the "new right" treats cultural policy as a central political lever to reshape state and institutions. Sociologist David Begrich, Heinrich Horwitz, activist Suraj Mailitafi and Simon Brost of Mobile Beratung gegen Rechts are in conversation with moderator Anne Schneider. The Mapping the Right series is assembling a publicly accessible archive that maps right-wing influence in the cultural sector and the strategies used to destabilise democratic structures.
