About

Children's yoga for children aged 6 to 9 with feel-good moments, movement, relaxation, play and fun. It takes place at the Amerika-Gedenkbibliothek in PopUp Gruppenraum 2. Behind the offer is moment.mal e.V., which has been running mindfulness and yoga projects for children at Berlin primary schools and in refugee accommodation since 2019. Each yoga session has its own theme, and yoga is traced back to observations of animals and plants that people imitated with their bodies many thousands of years ago in India.
