Muzet Royal: 22 years of film music, waltzes and tango.

Muzet Royal celebrates an anniversary concert featuring favourite pieces from 22 years of concert programmes. The Berlin trio, with Ulrike Dinter on violin, Sirid Heuts on accordion and Angela Brunton-Trüg on double bass, performs its own arrangements spanning film music from "Die Fabelhafte Welt der Amélie" and "Chocolat", fiery Hungarian dances, pearly musette waltzes, Charleston and circus polka, classical hits such as Shostakovich's Waltz No. 2 and international tangos. The pieces range from lively to melancholic, inviting listeners to lean back and dream. The concert takes place in the Varieté Salon of the ufaFabrik, a well-known cultural centre in the south of Berlin's city centre.
