An open discussion group for relatives of people with mental illnesses, held in the psychiatric day clinic. It is run by the Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics. Participants can exchange experiences with others, find relief, look at situations in new ways, strengthen their self-care and receive information on mental illnesses and therapy options. The group meets on the first Tuesday of each month, and attendance is possible without prior registration.
