The open workshop invites participants to try out two experimental printmaking techniques: classical monotype and printing with a gel plate, where experimenting and chance play a big role. Inspired by the current exhibitions at Schloss Biesdorf, visitors create layered one-of-a-kind pieces using stencils, impressions of different surfaces and overlaid prints. The works created can be taken home. The event is hosted by fluent English speakers and can be run bilingually.
