About
"Open Lab Abend: KI fürs Klima" is a role-playing workshop in which participants take on real environmental problems as an interdisciplinary research team. It is hosted by the Futurium together with the non-profit organization Junge Tüftler, and was created on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment in cooperation with kosmos b. After an introduction to natural climate protection, participants train their own image-recognition AI, the "GenAI Teachable Machine", and then work in small groups on teaching it to tell healthy forests from damaged ones. No prior knowledge is needed, admission is free, and registration is required.
