About
A costume party celebrating All Hallow's Eve at 131 Bar in Mitte. It is run by Outer Sound, who invite guests to live music sets from local artists impersonating famous monsters from favourite eras, alongside curation sets from local friends. Guests are asked to dress up, come early and stay late to make a chaotic night of it. The organizers follow a zero tolerance policy against violence and harassment and are a NOTAFLOF organization.
