About
Polaris is a spoken-theatre evening at Deutsches Theater Berlin. The piece is about Oleg B. and Sergeij S., two Russian researchers in Antarctic solitude, whose quarrel the Focus magazine headlined in October 2018 as “Nervenzusammenbruch in der Antarktis – russischer Forscher sticht Kollegen nieder”. Both men were avid readers and filled the long hours in the Antarctic loneliness that way. The performance takes place at the Kammerspiele at Schumannstraße 13a.
