Praxis-Dialog: handling discrimination and far-right views.

The Praxis-Dialog is a professional event for specialist advisors, daycare centre managers and trainers who want to support early childhood educators in dealing with discrimination and far-right positioning. It is run by the project „Frühe Demokratiebildung – Kinder beteiligen, Vielfalt gestalten“ of the Bundesverband für Kindertagespflege in cooperation with the Paritätischer Gesamtverband, funded by the federal programme „Demokratie leben!“. Eva Prausner provides the expert input and guides the exchange, while Marc Köster welcomes participants. Questions such as how to respond to parents who challenge diversity or children's rights, and how to handle problematic views within a team, are explored through expert input, case reflection and collegial exchange.
