Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot

At the Quatsch Comedy Hot Shot, up-and-coming comedy talents perform in front of an audience, each with only six minutes to win them over. The showcase for newcomers was founded in 2003 as the „Talentschmiede“ by Thomas Hermanns, founder of the Quatsch Comedy Club. A well-known comedian introduces the newcomers, and the audience decides by applause who advances to the next round and deserves the title „Hot Shot“. Anyone chosen as audience favourite three times in a row receives the „golden ticket“ and gets to perform in the club's legendary live show.
