The "Rechtsberatung" of ADFC Berlin is a free telephone advisory service on traffic law questions related to cycling, such as the legal details to consider after a bicycle accident. It is run by the ADFC state association Berlin and is aimed exclusively at members of that association, who should have their membership number ready. Advice is given regularly on Tuesdays by rotating lawyers of the club.
