Refuge Worldwide run crew

Refuge Worldwide run crew is a weekly, easy-going running meet-up open to every running style and pace. Refuge Worldwide is behind it, inviting people to gather at its studios for coffees and snacks before and after the run. Groups of three and five kilometres head out to run around the neighbourhood, with a warm-up and a bag drop as part of the routine. Afterwards there is time to hang out together, and all tempos are welcome.
