About

"Scientific Collaboration in a Fragmented World" is a discussion session at the Falling Walls events that is accessible by invitation only. It is hosted by the International Human Frontier Science Program Organization (HFSPO). It addresses the challenges facing international research collaboration: geopolitical tensions, research security and technological competition are making cooperation harder, even though major scientific questions exceed the capacity of any single country. It looks at ways to reconcile openness with security and to strengthen the trust, reciprocity and governance needed when political relations are strained.
