Sefa Express: job centres share best practice.

Sefa Express is a transfer event in which job centres present successful practical examples of sustainably activating and integrating into the labour market women with experience of flight and low formal qualifications. The joint series of the BCA unit and the Sefa project at Minor addresses questions of employment and qualification, proven approaches, financing, cooperation partners and their transferability to other regions. Its aim is to learn from each other, make success factors visible and take away concrete ideas for one's own work. It is aimed at integration and placement professionals, managers, equal opportunity officers, migration officers and other multipliers from employment agencies and job centres.
