Selbstgemacht! Ringelblumensalbe herstellen is a workshop on plastic-free natural cosmetics: soothing skin care for autumn and winter. It is run by educators and activists of Kulturlabor Trial and Error, a neighbourhood venue, non-profit association and intercultural collective. In a theoretical part, the plant's ingredients, uses and processing options of the marigold are discussed. In the practical part, participants try the warm-extraction method and make their own marigold cream, with information and exchange on further zero-waste alternatives in body care; a glass jar for filling the ointment should be brought along.
