Selbsthilfegruppe für Frauen mit Essstörungen ü25 (VR)

A regular self-help group for women aged 25 and over with eating disorders. Behind it are currently five women aged 28 to 38 who meet weekly to talk about what moved them that week, how things went with food, and what they will do for themselves. The meetings are moderated, participants can bring their own topics, and registration by email is required. The group is not a substitute for therapy.
