About
A concert of indie and rock music featuring the bands Shearwater and Loma with the opening act Any Kind. Shearwater and Loma share songwriter Jonathan Meiburg, producer Dan Duszynski, their roots in Austin, Texas and the label Sub Pop, with Loma's calm, enveloping sound built on Emily Cross's voice, while Shearwater, with Emily Lee, sounds more extroverted. Neither group has played live since 2018, and they now tour together, with six musicians taking different roles in the two bands like a theater company putting on two separate plays. Any Kind is Duszynski's solo project and opens the shows.
