Sonntag im Nikolaiviertel – Was für ein Fest!

"Sonntag im Nikolaiviertel" is a activity day with a varied programme at the three museums of the Nikolaiviertel quarter: the Ephraim-Palais, the Nikolaikirche and the Knoblauchhaus. It is run by the Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin, which invites visitors on the first Sunday of every month. The programme includes a musical comedy act presented by the children's philharmonic, a family tour of the permanent exhibition on Berlin's history, a talk marking 800 years since the death of Francis of Assisi, a creative workshop with artist Ximena Ferrer Pizarro, and insights into Biedermeier everyday life at the Knoblauchhaus. Families are especially welcome, and admission is free for everyone under 18 or with a concession.
