At the Stollenprüfung, a jury tastes and judges the traditional Christmas stollen cake. The Berlin bakers' guild, the Bäcker-Innung Berlin, invites visitors to a public inspection where baked goods from Berlin bakers are examined. The event takes place in the Wilmersdorfer Arkaden shopping arcade and is open to everyone.
