The tipBerlin Weinmahleins is a five-course menu with a themed wine accompaniment in the historic Spiegelsaal on the first floor of Clärchens, a Berlin ballroom icon dating from 1895. It is hosted by tipBerlin; the cooking is German cuisine by Tobi Beck, who otherwise serves it at Luna D’Oro on the ground floor, from Klopse and fried Spreewald gherkins to Spaghettieis. Claudia Steinbauer acts as hostess of the evening. Special insights into the 1895 ballroom round it off.
